Museum Gatehouse 2019
The Museum of Authenticity Gatehouse opened to the public on 21 June 2018, the first day of Salida’s 26th annual Art Walk. The Museum opening was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting at 4:00 pm on Saturday, 23 June. The first exhibit, “Dances in Two Worlds,” opened for viewing, and the Museum Shop opened for purchases: books, graphic notecards, and prints. (Purchases can also be made at the Museum Shop on this website.)
The Museum of Authenticity Gatehouse closed to the public when the Museum main building opened on 16 October 2020 with he exhibit “Sum of the Parts.”
