Description
Thordis Niela Simonsen’s rubylith graphic interpretation of her oil pastel painting #114 that was inspired by the structure of a window she rebuilt in the house she restored in Greece and the view from it. The painting appears in her book Dances in Two Worlds: A Writer-Artist’s Backstory. Photographs and stories about the house restoration are included in her book Dancing Girl: Themes and Improvisations in a Greek Village Setting.
